Well now that the latest version of the site has been around for months, I would like to hear your opinions on the new dropdown style category menu vs the collapsing style system we had before. Which did you prefer, why etc… Your comments will affect a future upgrade, so now is your chance to make a difference.

P2L will be making huge changes this year and we will be re-invigorating the site with bigger market push and new features like never before. We'll be working hard on community development and some special reward systems for publishers and more. So in the coming months, I'll really be looking for your comments and ideas for any last minute implementation goodies we can throw in.

Hey guys… I think it's time to start kicking ass and taking names again and we're going to have to put the P2L dev guys to work in the slave mines. To get things started, we're going to have a design contest with some mucho cashola and prizes to be won and I'll be announcing it very soon (this week). But here's a hint… Layout Design! OK that's a bit more specific than a hint I guess, but you get the idea. So you web layout guys might want to sharpen your pencils and clear out some time on your schedules this month.

We will also be looking for a new graphics guru to join the P2L team for some part-time work, but that will all be part of the announcement. DO NOT email or PM me asking to join staff, I will ignore it… it will all make sense very soon I promise. So stay tuned for an announcement by this Friday!

Oh yeah baby! It seems that the P2L has hit 30k members within the past day or so. Even better, we are just shy of 235,000 posts.

Thanks again to all the hard working staff members, volunteers, affiliates and members that contribute to this site day after day. Looking forward to bringing you all more improvements in 2008 with more surprises and goodies!

Our good friend, resident photo pro and fellow staff member Jason Canen has decided to pass the torch on his moderation duties as life beckons him to other responsibilities and he looks to regain his sanity. ZING! In all seriousness though, thank you very much Canen for your years of dedication to P2L both as a contributing member and as a hard working staff mod. Your work here was truly appreciated by everyone and I can't thank you enough for everything. I hope you'll still pass by and say hi on the forums and you are welcome back to staff any time.

Scythar has been with Pixel2Life since late 2005, if you've been stuck in photoshop chances are he's helped you on the Forums at sometime. He's a qualified teacher in mathematics, Applied Informatics, Physics and Chemistry, and has numerous skills in different software.

Bug joined Pixel2life midway in 2006 and just jumped right in to always try to assist members and just be the friendly person he is, he's a freelance web designer and has a few hidden skills.

We welcome them both onto Staff, congrats to you both.
