Before you start looking at this list, please bear in mind I’ve only listed projects I am actively working on or maintaining at this present time. This isn’t intended to be a portfolio (I have several hundred built and released sites under my Freelance belt). This is a list of projects currently brewing in the project pot!

Project Name: Pixel2Life Tutorial Search Engine

Officially launched January 2nd 2004, Pixel2life.com is the web’s largest tutorial search engine portal catering to graphic artists, webmasters and programmers. Thousands of tutorials are listed with this massive database, and the site features powerful and intuitive searching tools as well as a large and super friendly community forum system. This site was originally founded by myself and and friend named Shao Xia as the lead programmer. Shao stepped down as programmer due to lack of time to contribute, so I had the pleasure of bringing in Jay Huskisson to the programming position and the site has exploded in traffic and functionality ever since. This site is by far the largest and most popular project I have ever created and is my greatest digital pride! A large group of extremely dedicated and friendly voluntary staff help keep the forums and database clean and educational, while still having some fun with the community members.



Project Name: Pixel2Life Studios

P2LStudios.com is the official professional services website for Pixel2life Studios, which is legally a registered company located in Canada. Visitors to this site which will be redesigned in the non-too-distant future features our Network Advertising System, which allows advertisers to run text or image based ads on Pixel2life.com and any other sites that make up part of our site network. Further updates will include our design services and other aptitudes we want to offer, however we’re unable to take on any new projects at this time.



Project Name: Predator Stuff

As some know, one of my hobbies includes collecting figurines and prop replicas of Predator, Predator 2, AvP and other Predator related items from all over the world. What began as a personal catalog quickly became the largest and most accurate complete catalog of Predator related collectibles, especially models and kits. There are small garage kits from all over the world with maybe 10 made in total, so often finding the source is quite naturally next to impossible. I do my best to track down anything I find to the original artist and add it to this catalog. There’s also a linked Collectors Blog with the latest news and releases in the Predator world.



Project Name: S.E.E.D

To my extreme delight, I have been given the opportunity to work on a VERY exciting movie project that is the brainchild of the famous costume/prop maker Pete Mander, who is known for creating some of the most accurate and realistic Alien and Predator movie costumes and props ever produced. His company, Kre8-FX Productions, is taking on the challenge of creating their first short film, entitled S.E.E.D - Secret Experimental Embryo Development. This film promises to be one of the largest and most intensive fan-films ever produced in the Alien/Predator genre and it is my pleasure to lend Pete my design skills by creating and maintaining the official S.E.E.D website and bringing his trailers, behind the scenes footage and eventually the film’s release, to compressed digital medium and making it available to users via the web.
