Using Social Media To Drive Traffic

Using Social Media To Drive Traffic

Just published a new article I received from Sitepro that I thought was a pretty cool little introduction to Social Media driven traffic and wanted to share.

SMO, or Social Media Optimization, helps build website traffic by using social media based websites. The dawning of web 2.0 has seen many different social media websites crop up in an equally large number of different guises. Content sharing, social bookmarking, and collaborative websites form the basis of this initiative and it is these types of websites that you need to use in order to leverage the power of the social web. In today’s article written by Matt Jackson, we’ll show you how to take full advantage of social media to start driving traffic to your website.

Please read the rest of the article by clicking here and reading it on the P2L Publishing System.

Holy Moly Florida is HOT

Holy Moly Florida is HOT

How do you people that live here tolerate this heat?! Good grief… Well, the Disney vacation is winding down and I am exhausted. We basically leave the hotel at 8:30 AM and we're not back until 10PM. It's ridiculously hot outside, everything I brought is soaked and sweaty and I think I've lost like 10lbs of water. Disney and Seaworld were cool, but it's so hard to enjoy anything when you're trying not to melt in the blast furnace you face the second you walk out the door. In fact, I can not friggin imagine what it's like in August when it's high season (There's TONS more people in July and August because school is out for summer). So while I'm glad we came, I can't wait to get back home.

And yes I know the tutorial approvals have slowed to a grinding halt, sorry about that. To be honest I had planned to approve tutorials during the evenings, but we're been coming back so late and so exhausted that I literally shower and go straight to bed. I just approved a few this morning while I ate breakfast but things will go back to normal next week. Basically I fly back in to Montreal on the 8th, then we go to Albany, New York, on the 10th and we're back the 11th with our new puppy that is a complete surprise for my daughter.

Other than that, all is well and development on v5 is going well and Nick seems to be having a good time with it. He's currently working on the Publishing System and it's looking completely awesome.

So that's it gang can't wait to be back! Bye for now.
