How to enable the Classic Start Menu in Vista and Enable the Run Option!

Classic Start Menu

My first Vista tutorial! Granted it’s pretty basic, but the new Vista Start Menu is my pet peeve with the new OS and is by far the most annoying thing about this upgrade. I can not stand the lack of the collapsing panel style All Programs menu that was in XP or anything older. So the first thing I did was enable the Classic Start Menu and this is how it’s done!

I will also show you how to get the Run option back for both Start Menu versions without having to use your registry editor.

I am now using the P2L Publishing System to write all of my tutorials, so please check out the Classic Start Menu in Vista Tutorial here!

Enjoy!
Dan
